Thierry Noesen is the Founder and CEO of Belvas, an artisan chocolate factory located in the South of Belgium with a strong belief in organic agriculture and fair trade. Thierry started Belvas as the first Fairtrade chocolate manufacturer in northern Europe. Belvas has consistently opted for sustainability and has specialized in organic chocolate, working with a number of cooperative partners in Peru, Ecuador, and Santo Domingo to guarantee a fully traceable supply chain from the producer to the consumer.
